Less is more – potential buyers want to see a clean, organized home. If you need to rent a storage locker for a while, I can help you set that up. I have people who can help you organize, paint, clean, and repair. I will even personally help you stage your home for the best effect. Together we can make your home look great!

Listen. Other agents and potential buyers will give you valuable feedback during this process. Listen to it all. The market will help to inform us and I can help you make the best decisions for your unique situation.
